Responsibilities

• Greet, serve, and support customers so every visit feels special.
• Keep queues moving, tables clear, and the venue tidy; reset quickly between sessions.
• Help customers understand how our games work and keep energy high around the venue.
• Follow health & safety, food hygiene, licensing and safer gambling procedures; challenge age restricted behaviours confidently; report incidents promptly.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues and jump in where needed - front of house, floor, food & beverage, cleaning - so service flows smoothly.

Qualifications & Skills

• Customer first attitude with great people skills; friendly, upbeat, and helpful.
• Ability to pace & focus in a busy environment; organised with good attention to detail.
• Team player energy - clear communication and willingness to learn on shift.
• Previous customer service experience in hospitality/retail/leisure helpful but not essential; full training provided.
