Team members are responsible for ensuring safe working conditions for all staff by following the company's health and safety procedures as outlined in staff induction. They serve customers, maintain food quality standards, store cleanliness, and handle till work. As the main face of the company, they must consistently maintain a high level of quality, service, and cleanliness, ensuring total customer satisfaction.

The role involves a mixture of day and evening shifts, including weekends, depending on business needs.

Main Responsibilities

• Serve customers with polite, professional service that goes above and beyond their expectations.
• Assemble orders for takeaway, Click & Collect, and Delivery via the 'My Chippy' app.
• Assist Managers and Fryers in preparing food.
• Support good food hygiene practices.
• Support best practice for Health & Safety.
