Group Mechanic-Setter in a 100% Team (m/f) For our site in Domdidier, which has over 450 employees, we are looking for a Group Mechanic-Setter in a 100% Team (m/f). The Stamping department has more than 50 employees, including 15 mechanics-setters in the team and 24 machine operators. You will work on high-precision equipment as well as stamping lines and positions that require strong autonomy and technical expertise to ensure quality and continuity of production on the lines.What does the job consist of? - Adjusting, troubleshooting, and ensuring the proper functioning of stamping presses and production/assembly lines.- Participating in machine maintenance and commissioning of new equipment.- Monitoring production, entering data, and documenting interventions.- Managing movements of spare parts and participating in inventory.- Closely collaborating with others to ensure ongoing performance of the lines.What do we expect from you? - CFC in the mechanical field or similar with 2 to 3 years of experience in the industry.- Basic knowledge of mechanics and electricity, good knowledge in industrial environment, and solid knowledge in adjustments, diagnostics, and maintenance on production lines.- Proficient in French.- Solution-oriented, team spirit, and stress-resistant.- Willingness to improve.- Open to working in a 2x8 team.What do we offer you?
