Join our global Training Compliance & Study Training Management team as a Team Manager, Training Compliance & Study Training Management and you'll lead our team responsible for clinical study training management in our Budapest R&D Hub.
Main responsibilities:
- Maintain accuracy and functionality of online modules and completion records
- Oversight the study training activities managed by the Study Training Managers
- Oversight training compliance and reporting activities
- Develop and elaborate new strategies related to QDs assignments for optimizing training compliance of Clinical Development and Operations population
- Manage team and resources based on workload and assignments
- Make decisions on team development and organization
- Support onboarding of new team members; study training managers and training compliance managers
- Forecast workload to ensure study teams are supported with training activities
About you
Experience:
• Few years of experience in the Pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or Vaccines industry in quality, training,. R&D, Clinical Development experience required.
• Desired experience of 2 years in training strategy, and training compliance
• Experience managing individuals
• Experience working in a global, multi-cultural environment
- Experience with learning management systems, audit and/or inspection activities is a plus
Soft Skills:
• Ability to take initiative and to overcome challenges
• Excellent communicator with advanced negotiation and influential skills, including leadership and assertiveness skills
• Proficient in senior stakeholder management, effectively navigating complex relationships and aligning strategic objectives
• Ability to influence others and align toward common goals
• Self-starter with tact and diplomacy skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, collaborative team player
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in ambiguous situations
• Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational challenges.
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt to change, solve problems, and meet deadlines
• Advanced Continuous improvement management
Technical skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows;
• Experience with Veeva systems is plus
Education:
• At least BS/BA degree in scientific, training, IT, organizational science, or human resource discipline. Advanced degree is preferred (MS/MA/PharmD/PhD/MD)
Language(s):
- Strong English skills (verbal and written), ability to exchange fluently in a global environment
