Team Manager - Children & Young People Services (Flexible)

Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking a Team Manager for the Children and Young People Team. You will lead a team of Advanced Practitioners, Social Workers and Newly Qualified Social Workers, providing regular supervision and driving practice quality.

The role requires a qualified social worker with extensive experience in statutory children's social work, and a commitment to developing staff and delivering positive outcomes for vulnerable children and families.
