Team Leader: Trauma-Informed Care for Children

Compassionate Care Group is seeking a Team Leader to oversee support workers in a children's home, ensuring safety, care quality, and positive outcomes for complex children and young people. You'll lead the team in absence of the First Line Manager and role model professional conduct.

You will manage care plans, risk assessments, and supervise staff, while building meaningful relationships with children, families, and the wider MDT. A Level 3 Diploma and 2+ years' experience are essential.
