Team Leader (Supported Living)

We're looking for a Team Leader to join our Supported Living team across Liverpool and Wirral. This is an opportunity to lead and support a dedicated team while helping people with learning disabilities live full and meaningful lives.

Your Role?

To lead and manage a team to provide brilliant support. Enabling people with learning disabilities to lead full and rich lives, taking full responsibility for all aspects of people's support.
