Team Leader, Residential Childcare (Children 8-17)

Sgscare is seeking a Team Leader for Residential Childcare in Blackpool or Durham. This permanent role offers a salary of £35,796-£36,948 including sleep-ins, plus a 8:00am-11:00pm rota with monthly sleep-ins.

You will oversee a team caring for children aged 8-17 with EBD, ensuring high standards of care and safeguarding. The ideal candidate will have Level 3/4 Residential Childcare qualifications or be working towards them and prior team leadership experience in an Ofsted-registered home.
