In order to complete its team, the Sports Department is looking for its: Team Leader 100% - Class 10 Your mission: Ensure the smooth operation of the municipal swimming pool and its seasonal activities; Guarantee the management of orders and maintenance products; Ensure the public and stakeholders; Develop schedules; Lead teams in carrying out their tasks; Collaborate with stakeholders and partners; Ensure the implementation and compliance with regulations of the infrastructures as well as specific safety standards; Guarantee the cleanliness of the sites, ensure the water quality, the quality of the ice, adherence to all guidelines, standards, and procedures: Professional Pool Certificate; TEP Course (IGBA) validated modules A and B; Good institutional and regulatory knowledge in force for the relevant sports (communal and federal); CFC level or equivalent; Experience in the field; Good knowledge of sports infrastructures, particularly regarding swimming water treatment systems and management of cold groups for ice; Good mastery of office tools and specific tools related to the profession; Excellent command of French and good writing skills; Very good knowledge of the municipality, the Geneva municipalities, cantonal political institutions, as well as their functioning; Flexibility of start dates: April 1st or to be agreed upon.
