We're excited to be recruiting talented Team Leaders across our London stores whose locations include Oxford St, Stratford and White City Westfield, Wardour St, and surrounding London areas.

How you'll make a difference

As a Team Leader, you'll play a key role in driving performance and creating memorable experiences:

• Lead your team to deliver exceptional service that customers will remember
• Create real sales energy on the shop floor, exceeding targets and leading from the front
• Be the kind of leader you'd want to follow - supportive, motivating and quick to recognise success
• Stay informed and organised, understanding priorities and delivering results on time
• Ensure the store reflects our brand standards, with inspiring visual merchandising and great product presentation
• Act as a brand ambassador and champion Ann Summers' values at every opportunity

You'll be great in this role if you

• Have previous experience in a fast-paced retail environment, delivering sales and KPI results, with a desire to develop as a leader
• Are a confident communicator who leads by example
• Are self-motivated, passionate about people and thrive on building strong teams
• Love delivering exceptional service and championing customer confidence
• Are commercially aware, KPI-focused and proactive
• Thrive in an inclusive culture built on empowerment and authenticity
