Team Leader: Guest Experience & Shift Mastery

Greene King's Pub & Dining division is seeking a Team Leader to guide a busy shift, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain safety and standards. You'll lead by example, support the management team, and organise the team to keep service running like clockwork.

You'll be a role model for great service, handle challenges on a busy shift, and foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests while adhering to safety and legal requirements.
