Team Leader, Employment Support & IPS Coaching

London Borough of Havering is seeking a Team Leader for Havering Works to oversee 4 Employment Specialists delivering Connect to Work (CtW) services under a grant-funded programme and to ensure residents facing barriers receive effective employment support. Salary is Grade 7, £43,680-£48,003 per annum.

The role is fixed-term for the grant duration (initially 2 years with potential extension to 3). Strong leadership, coaching and supervision skills are essential.
