Team Leader: Coffee Bar Coach & Motivator

Costa Coffee in Norwich is seeking a proactive Team Leader to energise and support the store team, delivering excellent service and coffee excellence. You will guide and develop staff to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency on every shift.

As a Team Leader you will train new Baristas, motivate the team and adapt to busy periods while upholding Costa's standards and values, including a strong focus on guest experience and teamwork.
