Job Description

Service Care Solutions Ltd is seeking a Team Leader for a Children's Residential Care home in Leyland. The role involves leading a team, safeguarding young people aged 11-18, and deputising for the Deputy Manager when needed.

Salary starts at £29,600 with £50 sleep in payments and roughly 10 sleep ins per month. You'll manage day to day operations, direct staff deployment, support recruitment and development, and ensure high quality care plans are in place.
