Team Leader, Children's Homes - Inspire & Lead Care

Portman Recruitment is seeking a Team Leader for our client's Children's Homes to oversee daily care and lead a committed staff team delivering high-quality support to young people with SEMH needs. You'll deputise for Registered and Deputy Managers when required, build strong relationships with young people, and drive an environment that promotes safety, learning and positive outcomes across the home.

This role requires emotional resilience, a Level 3 Diploma in Children's Residential Care (or
