Job Title: Team Leader - Children's Residential Home

Location: Liverpool, L11

Salary: £14.83 per hour + £60 per sleep (10 sleeps per month)

Hours: 2 on / 4 off shifts

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our children's residential home in Liverpool. You will lead a committed team of support workers, ensuring the highest standard of care for the children in our home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of residential support staff.
• Deliver safe, consistent, and high-quality care for children in the home.
• Support the development, well-being, and progress of children.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Take responsibility for rostering, daily operations, and staff development.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in residential childcare.
• Leadership experience or qualifications in care management preferred.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent is desirable.
• Ability to work 2 on / 4 off shifts, including sleep-ins.
• Strong communication, organisational, and team leadership skills.
