Job requirements of Welfare Team Leader:

We are looking for a Welfare Team Leader to join our established welfare team here at Cranswick Country Foods Fresh Poultry in Eye, Suffolk. You will be responsible for ensuring Cranswick is clean and tidy

Shift Pattern

• Monday- Friday 17:10-01:40
• Motivate your team to achieve the daily production plan safely, efficiently and to our high quality standards
• Maintain high cleaning standards
• Deliver regular team briefings and provide coaching to support your team
• Be responsible for shift performance
• Ensure all relevant paperwork is completed and correct
• Train and develop your team and manage performance

What you will need:

• Be self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative
• Possess high standards of work
• Have a basic level of both written and verbal English
• Enjoy working as part of a team

Pay and benefits:

• Rate of Pay - £15.71per hour (inclusive of £1 per hour weekly attendance bonus)
