We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Team Leader for our very successful Art and Design Technology department. The current role requires an Art specialist who will: lead Art throughout the school; sustain high standards of teaching and learning; promote high achievement for all; ensure efficient use of resources and support exam classes across GCSE Art (essential) and A-Level Arts based Textiles and Photography (desirable). As well as a focus on Art, the Team Leader is responsible for leading the Art and DT team as a whole, developing a shared culture and supportive approach to the teaching of these subject areas.
