Team Leader

Our client is looking for an experienced Team Leader to join their busy packhouse operation in Linton, Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with leadership experience who enjoys motivating teams and working in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support a production team to achieve daily targets.

• Ensure products are packed efficiently and meet customer quality standards.

• Monitor team performance and productivity.

• Train, coach and develop team members.

• Ensure Health & Safety, Food Safety and Hygiene procedures are followed at all times.

• Work closely with the Quality Assurance and Production teams.

• Drive continuous improvement and maintain high operational standards.

• Complete production records and ensure accurate data entry.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a production, warehouse or packhouse environment.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Right to Work in the UK.

• Pay Rate: £14.83
