Hours: 40 hours across 5 days per week

Salary: £13.95 per hour

Atlas Hotels is hiring a Team Leader at the Holiday Inn Express Glasgow City Centre Riverside.

Responsibilities

• Providing a warm 'Atlas welcome' to guests and new employees will be at the heart of what you do.
• Ensure your Team Members are in the right place at the right time and take coaching and development of your team seriously.
• Be the person that Team Members look to when they need guidance, stay nurturing and calm under pressure.
• Support the Hotel Operations Manager in achieving Atlas's purpose of creating a rewarding place to work and a great experience for our guests; continuous improvement across the hotel will be important.
