Team Leader

Job Introduction

Location: Cheadle Hulme, Stockport, Manchester.

Contracted Hours Available: 8 hours per week (minimum). Extra hours available if flexibility allows, weekend working required.

Role Overview

We're looking for a friendly and upbeat Team Leader to bring energy, positivity, and great vibes to our store. In this role, you'll support the Store Manager, keep the team motivated, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied. When the Store Manager's away, you'll step up to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Lead day to day store operations, creating great customer experiences and driving commercial success.
• Lead by example and embody the Card Factory Way.
• Support team development while building your own skills.
• Drive store initiatives, maintain effective communication, and foster a positive inclusive work environment.
• Monitor performance metrics to ensure smooth operations and team success.
