About the Role

As a Care Team Leader, you'll play a vital role in maintaining high-quality care standards while supporting, mentoring, and developing our care staff. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining:

  • Supervisions
  • Spot checks
  • Quality monitoring
  • Direct care delivery
  • You'll work closely with the Registered Manager and office team to ensure care is safe, compassionate, and person-centred - while continuing to build strong relationships with clients and carers alike.
Experience required
  • Level 2 health and social care
  • Minimum 2 years experiance industry
  • Previous experience as a team leader or similar role

What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in home care (preferred)
  • Experience supporting or supervising staff (preferred)
  • A caring, professional, and proactive attitude
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Willingness to complete care visits as part of the role
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a car
  • Aged 18+
  • Right to work in the UK
Shifts and Additional Information
  • Shifts normally include one weekend in two
  • Overtime may be available but is voluntary
  • Full training and induction provided
  • Genuine progression opportunities into senior leadership or management
