Team Leader

Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role in a fast paced production environment

• FMCG Background: Experience in an FMCG role, preferably within a bottling or canning manufacturer

Hands On Leader: As well as managing a small team you will be hands on, working on the production line, ensuring smooth operations and output is met in accordance to quality standards and KPIs

People Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team while ensuring completing own workload

Problem Solver: Quick thinker who can handle challenges, reactive maintenance and changeovers to accomodate production plan

Time Management: Excellent organisational skills, managing both the team and operational flow.

Competitive pay of £16 per hour.

• Working hours Monday to Friday 4pm-11.30pm
