1. Contribute to, and actively drive an environment of great customer service, both in store and online
2. Be part of a management team with full operational control of your store, from stock control to merchandising & everything in between
3. Drive performance through structured KPIs
4. Receive on-the-job training and development, support from all departments, and access to an online learning structure
5. Contribute to the training and development of your team
6. Bring fresh ideas to the business
