Job Description
About the role

As a Team Leader you will provide support to our Supported Living Services in Bradford, delivering specialised person centred care and ensuring a consistent approach throughout the lives of service users.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the smooth running of Supported Living Services, including completing regular audits, checks, supervisions and spot checks.
  • Update and review support plans, working to ensure individuals achieve their outcomes.
  • Schedule and allocate work to Support Workers, support with medication, personal care tasks and cover shifts within the services.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Previous experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, autism and mental health issues.
  • Previous experience as a Team Leader is essential.
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, working towards Level 3.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and a willingness to learn in line with clients' needs and expectations.
  • Enhanced DBS check required.
  • Drivers licence required.
