Location: Newborough, Peterborough - PE6Hours: 7:30am - 9:30pm, 14 hr shifts Rota: Monday to Sunday - working alternate weekendsSleep-ins requiredPay: £13.31 per hour

About Acacia HouseAcacia House is a beautiful five-bedroom bungalow in a peaceful village setting, supporting men with complex needs including autism, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and physical disabilities. The atmosphere is calm and homely, with a strong sense of community-many of the people we support have lived here for over ten years.
Each person leads a lifestyle tailored to their preferences:
- One gentleman enjoys quiet time with magazines and radio, and weekly coffee outings.
- Another loves being active-visiting theme parks, cinemas, and going for walks.
- A third enjoys horse riding, swimming, and puzzles.

Your RoleAs a Care Team Leader, you will:
- Lead and motivate a team of Support Workers
- Ensure people live fulfilling, independent lives
- Support recruitment, training, and supervision
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, professionals, and families
- Maintain accurate records using strong written and IT skills
Who We're Looking ForWe welcome applications from:
- Experienced Care Team Leaders or Senior Support Workers with NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care
- Passionate Care Assistants or Carers ready to take the next step
