Team Leader - New Bournemouth Store (30h, Flexible)

Costa Coffee is opening a new store on Bournemouth Commercial Rd and we're seeking a Team Leader to welcome customers, train staff, and drive coffee excellence. You'll lead shifts and ensure our service meets Costa standards, with a focus on guest experience.

You'll supervise Baristas, foster a positive team dynamic, and manage busy periods with energy and composure. The role offers 30 hours per week, flexible shifts, starting 18th September.
