Team Leader - Mental Health & Supported Living Care

Compassionate Care is seeking a Team Leader to oversee the care and support services in our supported living homes around St Helens. This days role operates on a rolling 4-on/4-off rota from 8am to 8pm.

You will lead a team, promote independence, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain high-quality care for adults with mental health needs, autism, and learning disabilities. A driver with own vehicle is essential.
