Team Leader - EUROSPAR Glenavy Village

Pay: £14.63 per hour & benefits. Hours: 34 hours per week, Monday Sunday 6am 11pm, with opening, closing and weekend shifts expected. This position involves working 4 out of 7 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Assistant Manager and/or Store Manager and help lead the store team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
• Take responsibility for the store in the absence of other leaders, including keyholder duties.
• Model a positive attitude, embodying the company's values of Ambition, Customer First, Teamwork and Integrity.
• Train, manage workload and support the team while working hands on to ensure the right resources are in the right place at the right time.
• Support the Store Manager in maximizing store performance by understanding and implementing the store plan and priorities.
• Promote and participate in community initiatives.
• Cover the Post Office when required.

Qualifications

• Age 18 years or older.
• Previous store retail experience, with at least 6 months at a supervisory level leading a customer focused team.
• Excellent listening, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target driven with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to inspire others to perform at their best.
