Costa Limited in Rutherglen is seeking a Team Leader for Tesco Rutherglen to oversee shifts and support a small team of Baristas. The role focuses on coffee excellence, store standards and customer service while offering flexible shifts to suit the store schedule.

You'll lead with energy, confidence and reliability, guiding colleagues to deliver great service and maintain Costa's values across every shift. This is a permanent part-time post at 20 hours per week.
