Role: Team Leader - Children and Young People
Location: Kirkham, Preston
Salary: £30,115.80, rising to £31,168.80 after probation
Shifts: 1 on 2 off plus sleeps - £65 per sleep

Our client is a growing social care provider dedicated to delivering high-quality care across children's residential homes in Preston. With two homes currently open and plans to expand further, this is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated team committed to creating safe, nurturing environments.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading and supervising care teams to deliver outstanding support to children and young people.
• Ensuring care plans are followed and tailored to individual needs.
• Promoting a positive, inclusive, and respectful environment.
• Managing daily operations, including shift planning and team coordination.
• Supporting the well being and development of young people in your care.
• Maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies.
• Participating in staff training and development initiatives.
