Job Description:

We are seeking a Team Leader to join our Analytical team at NRM Swaffham. The role involves supporting the Site Lead in managing and developing the team, ensuring high-quality analytical work, and fostering a positive and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the Site Lead in coaching, motivating, and managing team performance.
  2. Mentor and train team members, supporting recruitment and ongoing development.
  3. Manage staff workloads in accordance with company policies.
  4. Maintain a safe, clean, and secure working environment, ensuring compliance with all procedures.
  5. Ensure accurate data entry into the Laboratory Information System (LIMS).
  6. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support business projects.
  7. Lead daily production meetings and report to the Site Lead.
  8. Complete relevant training such as Fire Marshall, First Aider, or Internal Auditor.
  9. Perform additional duties as assigned.
