Lead a vibrant Team of Support Workers delivering high quality, person-centred care for the people we support.

You'll be

• Supervising your Team - supporting your Team so they flourish in their roles
• Promoting our high quality standards - we have a strong reputation for excellent person-centred support
• Creating & updating records - such as care plans and risk assessments, ensuring adherence company policies and procedures
• Proactive - supporting service users to become a part of their community and attend leisure events

You'll need proven experience in

• Building relationships and being accountable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Being patient, compassionate and having a can-do attitude
• Having a responsible, dedicated and a flexible approach to work

All roles are subject to proof of eligibility to work in the UK, satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check. You'll also need a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
