Team Lead, Underwater Robotics Integration

Saab UK in Fareham is seeking a hands-on Integration Team Leader to guide the assembly, testing and commissioning of remotely operated vehicles and related equipment. You will ensure projects meet delivery schedules and quality standards while developing a high-performing integration team.

The role requires prior leadership in a fast-paced production environment, a strong electronics background (HNC/HND preferred), and experience with fibre optic termination and testing.
