Your role in our team Lead and inspire a team of 10-25 employees, promoting Decathlon's values Manage team recruitment, onboarding, planning, contracts, and offboarding Coordinate logistics activities as a duty manager for approximately 10 shifts per month Ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth warehouse operations Completed MBO 4 education or equivalent experience in logistics management Strong leadership skills and a passion for team development Excellent command of English Flexibility to work 38 hours per week, including occasional weekends and night shifts during peak seasons Proficiency in forecasting and KPI management Apply now through our online application process.
