As a true partner, you will play a key role in analyzing and managing financial performance; specifically, you will be responsible for the annual budget, updating rolling forecasts, and constructing 3-5 year plans. - Monitoring P&L, cash flow, margins, and KPIs; analyzing variances and assisting management in budget management and decision-making. - Working with FP&A tools, reporting, and BI/ERP deployment. - Close collaboration with financial managers and top management of the group. We are looking for a candidate with: - A degree in finance, accounting, or management. - Proven experience in financial control or FP&A, ideally in an industrial or multi-site group. - Strong mastery of Excel, financial ERPs, and BI tools. - English B2.
