Job Description

Carrington Blake Recruitment is seeking an experienced Team Manager for a frontline children's social work unit. You will lead, supervise, and support social workers to ensure high quality practice across CIN, CP, pre proceedings and court work, while safeguarding children's wellbeing.

You will drive performance, manage workloads, and build strong partnerships with partner agencies to secure timely, effective support for children and families.
