Team Lead - Evergreen Product Management, Private Capital

Role Overview

EQT is hiring a Team Lead for Private Capital Evergreen Product Management (EPM), a senior leadership role at the heart of EQT's rapidly scaling evergreen private capital platform. The position currently has 3 direct reports, with the team expected to grow over time. Based in London.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop the global Private Capital EPM team, setting clear direction and quality standards.
• Own product positioning for EQT's private capital evergreen offerings across regions and distribution channels.
• Oversee core fundraising assets and product lifecycle deliverables, ensuring materials are accurate and market-ready.
• Lead EPM's contribution to investor diligence, complex RFI responses, distributor onboarding and client engagements.
• Shape product and market insights, thought leadership and trigger-event messaging for investors and senior leadership.
• Drive process standardisation, workflow optimisation and automation to support platform growth.
• Act as a senior partner to Coverage, Fund Strategy and other internal teams.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in private markets product management, ideally within private equity, with strong understanding of fundraising processes and investor/distributor requirements.
• Proven senior product management experience owning complex deliverables end-to-end.
• Team leadership experience, with ability to set priorities and hold high standards.
• Strong commercial judgment and excellent written communication skills.
• Nice to have: familiarity with evergreen/semi-liquid fund structures, private wealth experience, multi-geography experience.
