Job Description

Team Lawyer needed in Wigan Paying £40 per hr ref 000B 1408 / 1 Full time hours on a temporarybasis Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality legal advice on land and property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and land charges
Support major regeneration schemes and infrastructure projects with clear, pragmatic legal guidance
Advise on housing matters, including tenancy issues, anti social behaviour (ASB), and housing management
Draft, review, and negotiate a range of contracts, including procurement agreements
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and internal governance frameworks
Work collaboratively with internal teams, external stakeholders, and partner organisations
Manage a varied caseload, prioritising effectively to meet deadlines and service demands
