Knowledge & Qualifications Undergraduate degree (or equivalent experience) Good knowledge of Microsoft packages (including Microsoft Office such as Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel) Skills & Demonstrable Experience Proven experience in a Team Assistant or Travel Coordinator, similar support role Prior experience working within the insurance sector would be advantageous Excellent time management skills, able to manage both own work and schedules across the Business Ability to prioritise work and work towards deadlines Excellent communication skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Key Accountabilities Provides an effective and confidential secretarial, calendar management, expense management and administrative service to the wider Business and covering any additional work overload. Provide proactive and effective travel management and oversight to Senior Management as and when required. Develops and maintains effective working relationships with members of the Antares Global teams as well as the wider Antares Group where appropriate to ensure the provision of an effective, quality service. Co-ordinate travel arrangements both in the UK and overseas (e.g. schedules for business trips and conferences) to ensure effective timely and accurate planning. In conjunction following up on actions that need to be delivered. Maintains an up-to-date, accurate and effective filing system and retrieval. Responsible for the typing and preparation of creative, accurate presentations, meeting pack content including chasing, collating, printing and scanning documents as required and ensure they are produced on time. Organisation of multiple team away days, proactive event organisation for social parties and other Company gatherings.
