Team Assistant - Commercial Property

Job Description

I am looking for a candidate who is driven, entrepreneurial, confident, and highly organized who is looking for an opportunity to join an incredible team within the commercial property space. Their centrally located offices are stunning with rooftop bars, cafés and more. As the Team Assistant role, you will be supporting their CTO and Head of General Counsel and working within a highly successful, creative and fun team as you become an instrumental support function.

We are ideally looking for someone who has had previous administrative experience of around one year and who can work to deadlines and under pressure. Everything they do is tailored and you will need to have the ability to push back, work as a team, know when to say no but always manage to get the impossible done. Someone bright, fun, hardworking and who has the mindset to achieve, wants to succeed whilst having lots of fun along the way. A team player with high attention to detail, passion and drive. A good sense of humour is also essential.

Role includes

• Diary and Inbox Management
• Event support and coordination
• Meeting coordination
• Expenses
• Ad hoc projects

Skills and Experience

• 1 - 2+ years PA / Admin experience preferred
• Advanced/competent in Microsoft Office and Teams.
• Attention to detail and accurate typing skills with a desire to get it right first time.
• Strong numerical skills as well as written and verbal communication skills.
• Complete discretion in the handling of sensitive commercial information.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines.
• Friendly, polite and helpful manner.
• Proactive with a "can-do" attitude.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
