. Team Administrator (Cancer Grand Challenges) Location: Stratford, London Office-based with high flexibility (2 days per week in the office, Monday and Thursday if full time, if part time 1 days per week) Closing date: 29 April :55 externally Please note the role will remain open internally until 3 May 2026 in line with organisational policy.We are looking for an organised, proactive and diligent Team Administrator to join Cancer Grand Challenges. In this role you will provide administrative and project support for the whole team. This will include supporting the Director of CGC, Leadership team and team members with diary management and travel arrangements. Further to this you will provide administrative and logistical support to our funding and advisory committees and support the smooth running of our governance and reporting processes.Providing logistical support for meetings and panels including meeting room, travel and accommodation bookings and assisting with pre- and post-meeting administrative and logistical dutiesExperience of supporting senior staff including diary management and working with external travel and accommodation agencies to book travel Excellent administrative skills including meetings logistics, including development of minutes and actionsBasic finance administration skills including processing expenses, raising purchase orders and processing invoices Experience of working within a project support capacity for a team or initiative, including basic knowledge of project planning and project delivery and associated documentation Experience of supporting project reporting including collation and coordination of multiple data sources and information Strong communication skills, including supporting the development of documents and coordinating input from multiple stakeholdersExcellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office 365 If you'reexperience we'd still love to hear from you. interested in applying and excited about working with us but are unsure if you have the right skills and We create a working environment that supports your wellbeing and provide a generous benefits package, a wide range of career and personal development opportunities and high-quality tools.
