As a Teaching Assistant, your day is never the same. You will be:

• Supporting the Class Teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management.

• Working 1:1 or in small groups with students who need extra help in Literacy and Numeracy.

• Assisting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including Autism (ASC) and ADHD.

• Creating a safe, inclusive, and fun learning environment.

• Relevant Experience: Previous work in schools, nurseries, youth clubs, or care settings.

• Strong Communication: The ability to build rapport quickly with children and staff.
