Pay: £89-£100 per day

A warm, welcoming primary school in Wantage is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team. If you love helping children learn, grow and feel confident, this could be the perfect role for you!

Role Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher with fun, engaging day to day learning activities
• Work with individual pupils and small groups to help reinforce key skills
• Create a kind, positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
• Assist with routines, preparing resources and general classroom organisation
• Encourage children to build confidence, independence and a love of learning
• Work closely with the teaching team to support all pupils

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working with children (in a school or similar setting)
• A genuine passion for supporting young learners
• Friendly, reliable, and excited to grow within education
• Able to work well as part of a team and use initiative when needed
