Teaching Assistant: Support & Interventions for SEND/EAL

Outwood Academy Portland is seeking a Teaching Assistant to work with teachers to implement tailored learning activities and provide essential academic and welfare support to individuals and small groups. This varied role spans classroom support, intervention management (including for SEND and EAL students), and helping to develop individualized student support plans.

The role across our Academy is to promote learning and welfare by providing practical support to students under the direction of
