Teaching Assistant SEMH

SEMH Teaching Assistant - Secondary School£22k-£23k Full-Time 8:30am-4:15pm

This is an excellent opportunity for a Teaching Assistant looking to build experience within SEMH education.

You will support secondary-aged learners who require additional emotional and behavioural support to access learning successfully.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering 1:1 targeted interventions

• Supporting behaviour management strategies

• Assisting in reintegration into mainstream education where appropriate

• Encouraging personal growth and resilience

Candidates must be confident, patient, and consistent. Prior SEMH or behaviour support experience is preferred.
