The Role

Position: Teaching Assistant

Start Date: September 2026

Location: Weybridge, Surrey (KT13)

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Has previous experience working within a primary school or educational setting
• Is passionate about supporting children's learning and development
• Can build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
• Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Is proactive, patient, and enthusiastic
• Can confidently support pupils across the primary age range
• Has experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), which would be a great bonus
• Has a strong understanding of safeguarding and promoting children's wellbeing

The Successful Candidate Will:

• Support pupils both individually and in small groups
• Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging learning activities
• Promote positive behaviour and pupil engagement
• Help create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
• Support children's academic, social, and emotional development
• Play an active role in the wider school community
