About the role

Connex Education is working with a number of fantasticprimary schools in and around Beeston (NG9), who are looking forTeaching Assistantsto join them on a day to day supply basis. The roles includesupporting both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, offering a mix of whole-class support and one-to-one or small group interventions, depending on each school's requirements.

We're looking for individuals who areflexible, proactive, and confident in working across various year groups. You'll be part of friendly, professional school teams who are committed to supporting all pupils to succeed in their learning and development.

Assignment Details

These roles are available for3 to 5 days per week, starting ASAP, and will continue throughout theSpringterm, with the potential for longer-term opportunities.

Person Specification

• • Experience working with children aged 4-11 in a UK primary school setting
• • Good communication and behaviour management skills
• • Understanding of classroom routines and the primary curriculum
• • Knowledge of Phonics and Read, Write Inc. is desirable
• • Reliable, flexible, and enthusiastic
• • Must hold a DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one
