A welcoming and inclusive mainstream primary school in Banbury is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the class teacher to support pupils both 1:1 and in small groups, helping them access the curriculum and reach their full potential.
• Assist with classroom activities, provide additional learning support where needed, and help create a positive and engaging learning environment for all students.
