Teaching Assistant - Primary (North Yorkshire)

Location: Skipton, North Yorkshire
Salary/Rate: £82.14 - £100 per day

Qualifications

• Experience in a primary school setting
• Strong understanding of the English language, both written and spoken
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and inspiring learning atmosphere
• Work closely with teachers and other professionals to ensure that each student receives the support they need
• Help teachers deliver engaging lessons while promoting and supporting positive behaviour in the classroom
• Provide one on one or small group assistance, ensuring students feel understood and supported
• Lead learning activities when required
